As an MBA in Hospitality Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to deliver comprehensive and engaging lectures to students pursuing their MBA in Hospitality. Your key responsibilities will include:

*The Lecturer position at Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management involves conducting classroom lectures, seminars, and workshops on various topics related to hospitality management, business administration, and leadership.

*The role includes developing and delivering course materials, facilitating student discussions, and encouraging active participation to promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

*The Lecturer is expected to stay updated on industry trends, incorporate real-world examples in teaching, and engage in research or consultancy projects.

*Collaborate with other faculty members, participation in meetings and curriculum development, and maintaining student records is also part of the role.
Continuous professional development is encouraged to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Possess an MBA degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A PhD or relevant industry certifications will be a plus.
Have a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in the field of hospitality or business. Demonstrate a strong understanding of hospitality industry practices, trends, and challenges.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
A passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students succeed.
Proficient in using technology and educational tools to enhance the learning experience.

As a F & B executive your primary responsibility will be to engage in every area of the departmental responsibility.

The F & B Executive position at Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management involves conducting Practical sessions, short term courses, handling events and running specialty restaurant.

The executive is expected to stay updated on industry trends, incorporate real-world examples in teaching, and engage in research.

*Collaborate with another department, participation in meetings and curriculum development, and maintaining student records is also part of the role.
Continuous professional development is encouraged to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

Possess an BHM degree. Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry. Demonstrate a strong understanding of hospitality industry practices, trends, and challenges.
