Teacher's Workshop/Sessions
Silver Mountain believes a healthy campus starts with honest conversations. In Nepal these topics are still pushed aside and spoken in a low voice, but we don’t let it sit under the carpet. We put mental and emotional wellbeing at the center for our students, faculty and staff, and we keep a counselor on campus so help is always close. Training, support and real skills matter because we all need to be ready, equipped and prepared to hold space for young people and for ourselves. Here it’s not a side topic, it’s a priority.
