Learning Beyond the Classroom: A Day of Volunteering

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻. 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲. 𝗚𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 📚✨

Right in our neighbourhood, the 𝗡𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 in Lainchaur is a vibrant space for young learners.

At SMSH, our students stepped beyond the classroom to volunteer their time—helping children explore the library, organising books, supporting translation work and creating a welcoming learning environment.

Through stories, games, arts and crafts, they also experienced the value of 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸.

Our Housekeeping Department will further engage with neighbourhood children through practical sessions on health, hygiene and safety.

Because education goes beyond the classroom—it’s about connecting with our community, sharing what we know and making a meaningful difference.
