FEASIBILITY STUDIES 2025

The recently completed Feasibility Study program at Silver Mountain stood out once again for its originality, relevance and depth. Across nine hours, nine student groups presented business concepts that reflected creativity, teamwork and an evolving understanding of the industry. Ko Khai Ko Khai built a restaurant through a child’s perspective, offering playful spaces and even nursing rooms for babies. Nepali Twist boldly blended global cuisines with Nepali flavors. Chakati Chulo brought back the warmth of home, using the chulo as a symbol of memory and nostalgia. Farm Feast emphasized health, sustainability and partnerships with local farmers. Teppan Tales turned dining into a performance with their teppanyaki-inspired experience. Last Drop created more than a pub—it was a vibe, designed for real connection and even considered local values like avoiding Ladies’ Night on ‘Barta’ days. El Tapeo celebrated harmony between Spanish and Nepali culture through flavorful tapas. Gourmasia explored elegance and variety across Asia, while Multi Bites embraced complexity with a bold fusion of Asian cuisines. The presentations were strong, and the effort behind them was clear—from café brainstorms to late-night rehearsals. This program remains a powerful platform for students to lead, collaborate and learn how to stand by their ideas and each other.

If you’re someone considering hospitality management, this is what learning at Silver Mountain looks like—hands-on, challenging and deeply rewarding. It’s where ideas come alive, where you’re not just taught to work in the industry but to shape it. If you’re ready to think big, work hard and grow into a confident professional, this is your place.
