It’s been almost a year that Silver Mountain partnered with Gorkha Brewery Pvt to train their servers, bar and restaurant managers and all stakeholders responsible to serve efficiently and effectively. This includes not just the knowledge, but also an art of pairing, hygiene, temperature and every aspect related to bring out the best of these brews. We feel proud and privileged as this is also one major skill enhancement project and Nepalese youth who pursue their career in the bar and beverage management needs to learn and feel accountable. We had Carlsberg dignitaries from head office visiting us today. We will take this further to one up higher level in the days to come.
