An International event orchestrated by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, which first took place on March 19, 2015, aims to spread French cuisine around the world following its inscription to UNESCO’s list of "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity." Goût de/Good France aims to bring this idea to life by assembling all kinds of restaurants across the globe.
Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management was proud to host and celebrate Goût de France March 2018 at The Philosophy Restaurant, Silver Mountain SHM in the presence of His Excellency Mr.Yves Carmona, The Ambassador of the French Republic and Madam Rika Carmona. Silver Mountain SHM's chefs and students were proud and honored to be part of the celebration.
