With the leadership of Shri Karna Shakya ( ace hotelier, thinker and change maker), Nepal government, with Nepal Tourism Board, Hotel Association of Nepal, Restaurant and Bar Association Nepal and Chef's Association, Nepal has taken a major step to revive and popularize dying and authentic Nepalese cuisine. Silver Mountain School Of Hotel Management's chefs and students were proud and honored to be part of this journey. This will definitely help to take our Nepalese cuisine to wider audience and international palette. Who's who of Nepal's hospitality industry and eclectic mix of Non Residential Nepalese and decision makers made this day vibrant and successful.
