Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management opened Nepal's first French Fine Dining Restaurant "PAPILLON ROSE" on 12th April, 2023. The grand event was inaugurated by His Excellency Mr. Gilles Bourbao, French Ambassador to Nepal.
As per Mr. Samir Thapa, Executive Chairman/Founder, Principal has stated that "the opening of PAPILLON ROSE will mark a significant milestone for the Silver Mountain School of Hotel Management as we extend our commitment to providing exceptional culinary experiences to our valued guests.
