With the leadership of Shri Karna Shakya ( ace hotelier, thinker and change maker), Nepal government, with Nepal Tourism Board, Hotel Association of Nepal, Restaurant and Bar Association Nepal and Chef's Association, Nepal has taken a major step to revive and popularize dying and authentic Nepalese cuisine. Silver Mountain School Of Hotel Management's chefs and students were proud and honored to be part of this journey.
