Diploma in International Culinary Arts is a pathway program leading to four years bachelor degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. The course is specially designed for students who have decided on their career path and want to specialize in food production. Students who have completed 12th class with 50% aggregate are eligible to apply for DICA program. It is a two years program, out of four semesters, the three semesters will be conducted at Silver Mountain’s SHM's own state of the art facilities at Lainchour. Kitchen has been designed and built specially for the course. Students intern at a luxury star hotels in Nepal and abroad on the third semester. Then students have options to go for a job after completion of diploma or continue to Bachelor's degree of QMU at Silver Mountain SHM. So, this program will lead to Bachelor Degree in International Culinary Arts.
